If you didn’t see her first show with us on Saturday, you really missed out. Rebecca Salus is an improv force to be reckoned with. She can sing, dance and EMOTE. Her energy on stage gets everyone on the team in a frenzy.
Rebecca grew up with a passion for performing and making people laugh. She sang, acted, and danced her way through childhood, culminating in a tap dance performance at her own Bat Mitzvah. After establishing her career as a Social Worker, Rebecca reconnected with her passion by studying acting at the University Center for Performing Arts. She quickly fell in love with improv while studying with her mentor, Marlena Martino. She went on to become an original cast member of Troupe Therapy and later joined the Pride Pups, a sister troupe of Sick Puppies. Also active in community theater, Rebecca has played such roles as Sally in Reefer Madness, Dainty June in Gypsy and the Sexy Nurse in The Sunshine Boys. Rebecca is thrilled to be a part of the Sick Puppies family!
